Annual Parish Meeting 2009
The Annual Meeting of the Parish will be held on February 8, 2009 in Hannibal Hall. There will be a single service at 9 AM followed by the meeting. Continental breakfast will be served. Three new vestry members are to be elected as well as delegates to the Diocesan Convention and other business will take place. Heads of organizations please note to submit your annual reports to Sue by the third week of January.
