About Enrollment
When you submit your form (by clicking on the 'Enroll' button), your form goes into the St. Martin's Data Base. At this time, its status is 'Pending'. Within a week, the Web Master will review your form, and certify it. At that point, you will be notified that you have full access. Until then, if you try to sign in, you will see a 'Membership Pending' page.
Problems with Enrolling
It is very important that the Data Base get data in strict formats. Therefore, before your form is submitted, it is checked for correctness. If mistakes are found, you are shown which fields are wrong, and asked to correct them. If you're experiencing problems, check the following common Problems:
A required data field is missing - Enter the requested Data.
Wrong Format: Several Fields are 'picky'. In particular:
Zip Code - MUST be 5 digits (numbers). Example: 12345
Email Address - MUST contain no spaces. It MUST contain the '@' sign. It MUST end with a dot and 3 letters (for the domain) Example: person@provider.net
Telephone numbers MUST start with a 3-digit AREA CODE in parentheses. THIS MUST BE FOLLOWED BY A SPACE. This is then followed by the phone number (ex: (818) 123-4567).
